This is a series of book covers, where I tried to look at the shapes of the things differently. We can find the shapes of letters in nature but we easily overlook them. I discovered that pastas and chilies could embody these words and I used clean, white backgrounds to emphasize these shapes.
I received a 'Certificate of Typographic Excellence' from the Type Directors Club and these covers were exhibited in 2002 in NYC, Japan, Europe, Canada and Mexico. In addition, my work will be presented in the book, Typograpics 22.
